Helping families and children succeed to their fullest potential.
That's
BRCA.
The Child Development Program aims to provide children with a safe, loving environment and ensure they are healthy and ready to learn when entering the public school system. The Child Development Department actively partners with our Community Services Department to provide families with help and a communal safety net to ensure all families have access to the resources they need.
